The New Satan Sam [Platform Adventure]

I got an email a while ago from a guy saying "dont work on Satan Sam 2, finish off 1!". so... i did! Only the game went from something small to a pretty major project. The game will feature a massive number of levels (100+) with some huge scrolling levels too all designed to test the players reactions and braaain (the puzzle element is in there again).

I'm composing the soundtrack and I'm extremely proud of it. It will be in MP3 so expect a file size more than 10mb. I'll try my best to keep it under 20mb though, because i used to have 56k too. Loads more info and screenies at the link below.

Madventures of the Love Rockets [RPG]

This baby is my retirement plan. Its already a fairly complex game, the engine is stonkingly huge, with a list of features found in most commercial RPG's. But probably the best thing about this game is the music, a good friend of mine is doing the soundtrack. Originally he sent me 1 remix of my battle music (back when i was doing the music) but the small team making Madventures fell in love with the song and I asked him if he would like to compose the whole thing. And let me say its a beautiful soundtrack. 16 tracks so far but ever building. Some of this music wouldnt sound out of place in a console game.

>Massive RPG set in my locality and starring some strange characters
>Up to 5 characters in players team
>Array of weapons, with a strategic 'element' system
>Fully comprehensive save system, innovative 'bag' menu. simply put, there are some things in this game which I dont think have been put in a click game before ^_^ and hopefully the game will be good too!

release date? 2006+

Titan Omega 2 [Adventure Shooter]

The original Titan Omega has easily become my most downloaded game, pulling in at least 100 downloads day and a maximum of 4000 (that was a good week ^_^). The ending puzzled a lot of people, my inbox was flooded with emails from people left confused. Simply put; TOR had to be finished because it was nothing more than a college project which is why bits were left out.

The storyline has been completed. And nobody other than me and my powerbook know the story. Its a little more complex than last time but this time the story actually ends. This will be the last Omega game.

The ONLY thing done so far is story (which is probably the single most important thing in TOR next to the effects ^_~) and gameplay mechanics theory. I will probably use the existing TOR graphics too, after all they did the same for Doom 2 but they CHARGED for it!

EST release? the project is still very early on, only ideas have been thrown around so it could be anytime, ever.

Shikun 2 [Arcade]

Sequel to my most downloaded game. Shikun 2 remains true the original in a chicken hunting game, with a few extra's to enhance the gameplay but still keeping the game itself simple. Shikun 2 will very likely feature an online scoreboard, world editor, multiplayer but will most certainly feature:

>8 Worlds (at least) with 10 levels in each world
>20 characters
>New types of Chickens
>New power-ups
>scrolling levels, with added puzzles
>Well crafted chicken-hunting engine

EST release? Whenever I feel like finishing this really. Just needs levels doing.

SCR [??]

Top secret game I'm making with my sister.

Satan Sam 2 [Platformer] -Abandoned

The sequel to the original Satan Sam , this epic platformer follows in similar Sam style with other inspirations including the almighty Turrican 1 & 2 on the Amiga. Aliens have once more invaded hell, but this time with help from the dark armies of Earth. Take control of Sam and rid his homeland of these invaders using Kung-Fu-esque moves or pick up one of the many weapons used by the invaders. Sam 2 is coming out sometime in 2005.

-Sam triumphs as he knocks unconscious a poor unsuspecting soldier.

Project 72 [Platformer] -Abandoned

I cant decide whether to abandon this project. Its a plaformer in similar style to Kirby, you suck in bad guys and steal thier powers. Interestingly though the aim of this game is to finish it within 72 hours. Not 3 days straight, but 72 hours. A timer is activated when this game is loaded up, when the timer hits the 72 hour mark I will release this, whatever state its in.

Ninjaman Hachiro [Adventure] -Abandoned

Already a long time in the making, Hachiro is an adventure platformer much like Metroid and Turrican with an emphasis on exploration. I have no intentions of finishing this soon it will likely always be a side project and therefore taking years to complete. But someday... It will come out :)

Johnny Devine [Platformer]

Bizarre short game I'm making. Will probably be a Vitalize game (for non clickers; a game you can play online, embedded into a page like Flash) and have an online scoreboard. It plays similar to Metroid in that you are placed in a large world with plenty to explore but is less linear. In JD you are free to go anywhere and collect any item in any order you want. Items contain powerups which let you jump higher etc.

Also the game is in 4 colours, set in Gameboy style. Its a weird little game and I hope to release it soon.

Run Like Hell [Arcade] -Abandoned

Now then... the name. I started making this before that lame PS2 game was released, way way before. I'm not changing the name... so there! Anyways, RLH is an arcade game similar to Chu Chu Rocket. You have to get set on fire and destroy bricks in order to get to the exit. Kind of a good little game and I really hope that I do finish this someday.
